This role involves developing and delivering internal capability programs, focusing on learning design, facilitation, and stakeholder partnerships. The advisor will collaborate with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to create engaging learning experiences, evolve the InformedACADEMY© program, and contribute to employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional skills or capability development, strong understanding of modern learning design, and familiarity with LMS management.
