Description
The Learning & Development Advisor will join QTMP’s People & Culture team and report to the Learning & Development Manager. The role develops stakeholder relationships, identifies training needs, supports training programs, coordinates structured entry programs such as traineeships and apprenticeships, and manages LMS reporting. It is a full-time permanent position based in Brisbane, Queensland, requiring a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, a relevant HR diploma or degree, and at least two years of experience managing structured entry programs.
