Description
The Learning & Development Analyst supports MP Materials' learning and development strategy through training data analysis, dashboard and report development, learning-system administration, training-event coordination, onboarding support, and employee learning-program assistance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of learning-analytics or related support experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and experience administering a Learning Management System. Microsoft Power BI or Tableau experience is preferred, along with manufacturing, logistics, or industrial experience.
