Keylane is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive growth and support the development of employees within a technology-driven organization. This role involves initiating and implementing learning programs, identifying capability needs, and ensuring continuous improvement using data and feedback. The partner will also own and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to fostering a strong learning culture.
