ICF is hiring a Learning & Development Capability Partner to translate organizational priorities and workforce capability needs into practical learning and performance solutions. The role partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design and deliver scalable learning experiences, support enterprise capability development across business development, client delivery, consulting, project management, people management, industry expertise, professional effectiveness, and collaboration, and measure learning impact. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in learning and development or a related discipline, and offers a full-time nationwide remote office position with a pay range of $108,476.00 to $184,409.00.
