The Learning & Development Coach at cxperts delivers and sustains leadership development programs, facilitates virtual workshops, evaluates coaching quality through recorded sessions, provides feedback and development plans for leaders, and supports L&D projects, content creation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of experience in learning and development/training/leadership development, and skills in coaching, facilitation, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Required Previous Experiences: 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development
Experience facilitating instructor-led training, coaching supervisors/managers/leaders, evaluating coaching conversations or performance quality, and managing or contributing to business projects
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a BPO, contact center, or customer experience environment
Experience with leadership certification programs, instructional design, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development, coaching methodologies, performance management, instructional design fundamentals, facilitation techniques, project management principles, change management, data analysis and reporting, and learning evaluation methods
