Avnet is hiring a Learning and Development Consultant to partner with HR, business leaders, and the global Talent Center of Expertise on learning and organizational development initiatives across the Americas. The role covers capability assessments, instructional design, curriculum governance, compliance and onboarding training, leadership and succession development, facilitation, program evaluation, and regional or global projects. It requires at least eight years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and proficiency with AI-enabled research and facilitation tools, Workday Learning or a comparable LMS, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
