TriNet is hiring a Learning Consultant to assess, design, and deliver learning and development programs across multifunctional teams to support operational excellence. The role involves coordinating and facilitating training sessions, creating training materials, working with subject matter experts, supporting training tracking and communications, and improving processes using adult learning principles and blended learning strategies. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 2+ years in facilitation and process training program development, strong communication and project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. The role is 100% in-office and based at TriNet, which provides HR outsourcing and employee benefits solutions to SMBs.
