Description
The Learning & Development Coordinator will organize and coordinate internal and external training, tests, evaluations, certification programs, onboarding, and mandatory safety, quality, and compliance training in an industrial environment. The role also analyzes training needs, develops training materials and digital learning modules, manages the Learning Management System, reports on training results, maintains training budgets and subsidy applications, and supports internal and external audits. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, fluent Dutch, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of LMS systems, e-learning, and production processes.
