St John of God Accord is hiring a Learning and Development Coordinator in Greensborough to support workforce development across its NDIS service. The role combines learning and development coordination with clinical education, caregiver capability building, competency assessments, training delivery, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement. It is intended for a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in learning and development, clinical education, and competency assessment. The position is permanent and full-time, working 38 hours per week, with a salary of $122,100 to $128,500 plus superannuation and additional benefits.
