Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a full-time Learning & Development Coordinator for its VIC and TAS team, based in Melbourne with regular site visits across the VIC and TAS networks and interstate. The role supports onboarding, training delivery, learning-program design, Workday Learning administration, policy updates, and analysis of training uptake and capability gaps. Candidates need at least two years of sales and coaching experience, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification, strong communication skills, a full driver's licence, and flexibility to travel regularly.
