Lehigh County Authority (LCA) is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator in Allentown, Pennsylvania to build and manage its first dedicated learning and development function. The role will centralize training records, certification tracking, compliance documentation, onboarding, and workforce development programs, while partnering with leaders across the organization to identify training needs, coordinate internal and external training, and improve employee development processes.
