Description
The Training Manager will coordinate internal and external training, tests, evaluations, and certification programs; analyze training needs and develop training plans and matrices; manage external training partners, budgets, and subsidy applications; create digital learning materials; organize onboarding; ensure compliance with mandatory safety, quality, and compliance training; manage the Learning Management System; and support internal and external audits. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, fluent Dutch communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work across the shop floor and management levels.
