Bond is hiring a full-time hybrid Learning and Development Designer in Madrid, Spain or Germany. The role designs training materials and learning experiences for leadership development, employee and channel events, and content ecosystems, applying behavioural science and adult learning principles. Responsibilities include creating participant decks, trainer guides, activities, and TTT documents; shaping learning arcs and facilitated moments; collaborating with creatives and operations; supporting onsite sessions; and using AI for content ideation and iteration. Candidates need an academic background in psychology, organisational psychology, behavioural science, or economics; at least four years of L&D project experience; strong PowerPoint and English skills; a second European language; and experience with e-learning authoring tools, LMS systems, and measurement frameworks.
