Description
The Learning and Development HR Advisor is a temporary, six-month, full-time role reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. The position designs, develops, and delivers training programs; facilitates in-person and virtual learning; uses learning management systems and other digital platforms; conducts training needs assessments; evaluates learning effectiveness; and supports broader HR initiatives such as performance development, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role requires post-secondary education in a relevant field, at least three years of learning and development experience, and proficiency with instructional design, adult learning, and learning technologies. Compensation is $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with hybrid work and extended health and dental benefits.
