Description
ADES is seeking a technical training instructor to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate specialized training for drilling personnel. The role uses classroom instruction, simulator drills, e-learning, practical exercises, and on-the-job coaching, while ensuring compliance with QHSSE policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. The instructor will provide technical training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols, assess learning outcomes, collaborate with subject matter experts, and maintain current subject-matter knowledge. A relevant technical university degree, 3–5 years of instructor experience, and an HSE background are required.
