The People Development team is hiring a Learning & Development Intern to support employee growth initiatives through visual design, LMS administration, data tracking, training-event operations, and ad hoc facilitation. The role requires a current degree in a relevant field, proficiency with design and spreadsheet tools, LMS or database familiarity, and strong communication skills. It offers an internship allowance of PHP 250–750, a flexible or hybrid work setup, and an opportunity to be absorbed.
