Phillips Medisize is hiring a Learning & Development Regional Supervisor for Asia to lead APAC learning initiatives from its Suzhou, China office, with responsibilities supporting Bangpakong, Thailand. The role partners with regional and global stakeholders to develop and execute a regional learning strategy, lead and coach an L&D team, design blended and digital learning programs, manage LMS and learning technologies, oversee L&D projects, measure effectiveness, and support leadership development and workforce capability. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading learning and development initiatives, three years of people leadership experience, LMS administration experience, instructional design and authoring-tool skills, and experience with organizational assessments and change initiatives.
