Tronox is hiring a Learning & Development Lead for its Hamilton facility in Northeast Mississippi. The role leads the site's L&D team and six direct reports, develops and executes learning and workforce-development strategies, designs and evaluates training programs, manages learning systems and budgets, oversees compliance and safety training, and partners with HR and business leaders. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, at least five years of leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with HRIS, LMS, and digital learning technologies.
