Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Learning and Development Leader for its Rocky Creek lumber mill in Frisco City, Alabama. The role develops and validates standard operating procedures, creates training materials, evaluates manufacturing processes, supports employee onboarding and engagement, leads PBM training, and develops supervisors. The position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the HR Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing or industrial experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and software/data-entry experience.
