Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Learning & Development Leader for its Green Bay Broadway Mill to build workforce capability and support safe, reliable, and efficient paper, secondary fiber, and utilities operations. The role leads a team of five Skill Builders, manages onboarding, training, qualification, certification, and LMS compliance, develops standardized training processes, validates training effectiveness, and supports knowledge-sharing systems. Candidates need manufacturing experience, learning-technology experience, training-program experience, and leadership experience; a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
