The Hako Group is hiring a Learning & Development Manager for its HR department at the Bad Oldesloe site. The role is responsible for building a comprehensive training and development landscape from scratch, including development and feedback interviews, training needs analysis, structured training frameworks, internal training delivery, LMS design and rollout, external provider management, L&D metrics, and training budget oversight. The position requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, several years of L&D or people development experience, knowledge of learning methods and LMS platforms, German C1 and English B2 proficiency, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
