Description
The Learning & Development Manager will develop and implement the organization’s learning and development strategy, lead training and facilitation, manage Forbes training and compliance, support talent and performance development, and drive employee engagement. The role also leads the L&D team, manages training budgets and vendors, reports on L&D metrics, and ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law and other regulatory requirements. Candidates need 5–7 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with HRIS, LMS, Microsoft Office, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
