The Learning & Development role at Fairmont The Palm reports to the Director of Talent & Culture and is responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering cost-effective training initiatives, coordinating new-hire orientation and ongoing departmental training, managing the annual training budget, monitoring training effectiveness, and maintaining training records. The position requires prior leadership experience in learning and development within hospitality, knowledge of luxury hotel standards, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train and develop team members.
