Description
Advantage HQ is hiring a remote Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the company’s learning ecosystem, including onboarding, role-based learning paths, leadership development, management training, internal academy programs, and LMS administration. The role partners with the CEO, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders to create scalable, technology-enabled learning systems that improve employee ramp-up, leadership capability, internal mobility, and business performance. It requires 5–10+ years of L&D or related experience, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, LMS experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, global remote environment as an independent contractor aligned to UK/EU business hours.
