CoreCivic is looking for a passionate Manager, Learning and Development to oversee all staff learning and development activities. This role involves planning, organizing, supervising, and directing learning activities, selecting instructors, ensuring consistent lesson plan delivery, and evaluating student progress. The manager will also maintain student records, offer career guidance, conduct learning sessions, and foster a positive learning culture. Collaboration with facility management and internal staff to identify growth opportunities and implement changes to comply with ACA standards.
