CoreCivic is looking for a passionate Manager, Learning and Development to oversee all staff learning and development activities. This role involves planning, organizing, supervising, and directing learning activities, selecting instructors, ensuring consistent lesson plan delivery, and evaluating instructional quality. The manager will also supervise students, maintain records, offer career guidance, and foster a positive learning culture. Collaboration with facility management to create annual learning plans and comply with ACA standards is essential. Additionally, identifying individual learning opportunities, leading committee meetings, recommending development activities, and participating in policy reviews are key responsibilities.
