CPI Security is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise training, onboarding, employee enablement, leadership development, talent reviews, and training operations across corporate and field business lines. The role partners with business leaders and trainers, manages LMS governance and reporting, develops learning content, coaches leaders, and oversees high-potential development programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant experience, and three or more years of people leadership experience.
