Description

Echodyne is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to develop and execute learning strategies, design and deliver employee and leadership development programs, support career pathways, manage learning technology and budgets, and partner with HR and business leaders. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, instructional design, or a related field. It is an exempt, full-time position for US-based employees with an annual salary range of $91,500 to $129,883 USD and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, instructional design, or a related field
Experience designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment
Experience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs
Experience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-growth technology, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment
Experience building L&D programs and infrastructure in a growing organization
Experience with instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Experience developing career development programs and competency frameworks
Experience measuring learning effectiveness and analyzing L&D metrics
Professional certification in learning and development, instructional design, or organizational development
