The role partners with HRIS, functional training owners, business leaders, and HR; requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of progressive L&D experience; and offers a Jersey City, New Jersey salary of $125,000 to $140,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
