Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Learning & Development Area Manager for its Naheola Paper Mill in Pennington, Alabama. This individual contributor will own workforce capability systems, including training standards governance, qualification frameworks, learning pathways, role readiness processes, and LMS governance. The role partners with operations leaders, subject matter experts, facilitators, and the Learning Experience & Design Manager to improve employee readiness, knowledge management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have experience in learning and development, workforce capability, training programs, LMS systems, qualification programs, stakeholder influence, and preferably manufacturing or industrial environments.
