Molex is hiring a Learning & Development Manager for its El Salto, Jalisco plant. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, OPEX, and Safety to design capability-development roadmaps, implement structured training and coaching, address skill gaps, develop internal leaders and trainers, and measure learning’s impact on productivity, quality, safety, and workforce readiness. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in learning and development, manufacturing training, or operational capability development.
