L+M Development Partners is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage companywide learning initiatives. The role covers training needs assessment, curriculum and instructional design, delivery of workshops and virtual learning, compliance and professional development, performance evaluation, mentorship, vendor and budget management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, or a related human resources function.
