Lyreco is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to lead its Learning and Development, Talent, and Organizational Development strategy. The role designs learning and talent programs, manages training ecosystems and external partners, leads performance, succession, leadership, and change initiatives, defines KPIs, manages projects and budgets, and develops a team of three people. It is a full-time stable project based in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, with travel availability and a hybrid work model.
