Description
The role is responsible for planning and delivering brand, service, compliance, and leadership training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders; overseeing learning technology and Learning Coordinator responsibilities; conducting needs assessments; coordinating and evaluating training effectiveness; and managing training budgets. Candidates must have a two-year degree and two years of human-resources or related experience with certified-trainer certification, or a four-year bachelor's degree with certified-trainer certification and no work experience required.
