Description
The Learning & Development Manager will design and improve learning, leadership, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning strategies across Lefay Resorts’ Lago di Garda and Dolomiti cluster offices. The role partners with executive and operational leaders, coordinates the Lefay SPA Academy, supports Marriott programs and corporate learning ecosystems, measures learning effectiveness, and promotes continuous learning and leadership excellence. It requires regular travel and on-site presence in Salò, with a two-year degree and six years of experience or a four-year degree and four years of experience, along with certification as a trainer and fluency in Italian and English.
