Universal Store is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to join its People team at the Support Office in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the General Manager - People, the role will shape learning and development strategy across retail, distribution, and support operations; design leadership programs, onboarding, capability frameworks, and career pathways; facilitate workshops and coaching; lead the E-Learning Specialist; and use AI, microlearning, gamification, and other emerging technologies to create engaging learning experiences. The position requires significant L&D management or senior specialist experience, leadership development experience, people leadership and coaching ability, digital learning expertise, and strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
