Description
Platform Science is hiring a standalone Learning and Development professional to own end-to-end L&D activity across its approximately 1,100-person, geographically distributed SaaS business. The role focuses on building a performance-oriented management culture through manager effectiveness programs, performance accountability training, situational leadership, cross-cultural communication, coaching, live facilitation, LMS curation, training-record compliance, and manager toolkits. It requires 5–7 years of L&D or People Development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, corporate facilitation expertise, professional coaching experience or certification, LMS familiarity, and fluency in English, Dutch, and French. The position is a regular full-time role based in Belgium and includes hospitalization and group insurance benefits.
