Learning & Development Manager at Wade Trim

Wade Trim is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and manage learning programs, assess organizational learning needs, administer LMS and digital learning tools, facilitate training, support career development, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage training budgets and vendor relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development, preferably in a technical environment.
