Description
Radius is hiring a full-time Learning & Development Manager in Berlin to work in-office five days per week. The role supports the creation and delivery of learning programs across multiple sites, including sales enablement, induction and upskilling for Agents and Leadership, onboarding, training program development, learning-hub engagement, post-workshop implementation, and rollout of AI solutions. The position reports to the Director of Learning and Development, Group, and requires at least two years of experience in sales, account management, or sales training, along with strong relationship management, facilitation, communication, and English skills.
