AstraZeneca is hiring a Learning & Development Manager – Scientific Capability for its Commercial Excellence Department in Indonesia. Reporting to the L&D Lead, the role owns the scientific-learning agenda across Oncology, BioPharmaceuticals, and Rare Disease, assesses capability gaps, designs and delivers evidence-based curricula, validates content with Medical, Marketing, Sales and subject-matter experts, measures learner proficiency, coaches managers and learners, and manages learning projects, vendors, budgets and timelines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy or a related health-science discipline, teaching or facilitation experience, strong scientific and communication skills, and frequent travel across Indonesia.
