AstraZeneca is hiring a Learning & Development Manager – Scientific Capability for its Commercial Excellence Department in Indonesia. Reporting to the L&D Lead, the role owns the scientific-learning agenda across Oncology, BioPharmaceuticals, and Rare Disease; assesses capability gaps; designs and delivers evidence-based curricula; translates complex science into compliant learning materials; validates content with Medical, Marketing, Sales, and subject-matter experts; measures learner proficiency; coaches managers and learners; and manages learning projects, vendors, budgets, and timelines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related health-science discipline, teaching or facilitation experience, strong scientific and communication skills, and frequent travel across Indonesia.
