ABM is hiring an onsite Learning & Development Partner to serve as the dedicated learning leader for the IMF account. The role owns the account’s learning strategy, training calendar, facilitation, workforce development, onboarding, leadership readiness, technology adoption, change management, business continuity, and employee engagement initiatives. It requires a facilitator, relationship builder, and business partner who can work across frontline employees, managers, operational leaders, Human Resources, and client stakeholders. The position is onsite Monday through Friday and pays $90,000–$105,000, with possible incentive or bonus participation.
