Foundry is hiring a hybrid, permanent Learning & Development Partner for its People team. Reporting to the People Director, the role manages and evolves learning programmes, talent development, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, external training vendors, L&D communications, budgets, documentation, and programme measurement for a globally distributed workforce. The position requires 3–5+ years of dedicated L&D experience, strong facilitation and project management capabilities, data analysis, stakeholder partnering, and interest in emerging technologies such as AI.
