Description

Foundry is hiring a hybrid, permanent Learning & Development Partner to join its People team. Reporting to the People Director, the role owns and improves L&D programmes, manages learning logistics and budgets, partners with People stakeholders on talent development, designs upskilling and reskilling initiatives including emerging AI skills, measures programme effectiveness and ROI, and promotes a culture of continuous learning across a globally distributed workforce.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5+ years of experience in a dedicated Learning and Development role
Experience in a technology organisation preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Adaptability and ability to tailor solutions to business and audience needs
