Description
Phillips Medisize is hiring a Learning & Development Partner in Maumelle, Arkansas, to support multiple manufacturing sites across an assigned region. The role partners with site leaders, supervisors, HR, and global and regional learning teams to conduct needs and gap analyses, implement and sustain learning programs, improve on-the-job training, facilitate instructor-led training, develop learning materials, and use training data to improve workforce capability. The position requires regular travel to assigned manufacturing sites, with up to approximately 50% travel during the initial 6–8 months, and offers an annual salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus variable pay. A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience; candidates need at least two years of scalable learning-program experience and two years of instructor-led training experience, plus three years of computer-systems experience and enterprise LMS experience. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
