Description
The Bernard Group is hiring a Learning & Development Program Manager to partner with leaders and subject matter experts on identifying training needs and designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, and improving technical, leadership, and soft-skill learning programs. The role includes coaching internal trainers and leaders, managing training schedules and resources, supporting blended learning, and maintaining a central training repository. It is a full-time position based in Chanhassen, Minnesota, with four days in the office and occasional flexibility for production-shift training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least eight years of adult learning experience, at least five years managing others’ development, and experience with learning management systems, instructional authoring tools, and generative AI. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 annually, with healthcare, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
