Description
VIATechnik is hiring a full-time Learning & Development Program Manager to support the strategy, design, delivery, facilitation, and continuous improvement of learning programs for a global workforce. Reporting to the P&C Director, the role partners with business stakeholders, manages the full learning program lifecycle, develops curriculum and blended learning solutions, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, supports learning systems and reporting, and uses data and feedback to improve program effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience in learning and development or a related field, along with stakeholder management, instructional design, project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
