FirstEnergy Service Co. is hiring a Learning & Development Rep III to partner with Human Resources, leadership, and business units on performance and needs analyses, instructional design, learning solutions, LMS administration, training logistics, quality assurance, learning analytics, and enterprise learning initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least four years of relevant experience, or seven years in lieu of the degree, along with expertise in instructional design, learning technologies, LMS support, accessibility, and learning analytics. The position is exempt, offers medical, dental, vision, and other insurance programs, and does not offer H-1B visa sponsorship.
