Aviko Belgium is hiring a permanent Learning & Development Specialist to support the digitalization of learning and the production workforce across its Proven and Poperinge sites. The role leads a digitalization project, supports instructors and managers, advises on training, develops learning solutions, manages stakeholders, and works with Workday and other digital learning tools. The specialist will be based in Belgium, regularly present at both production sites, and may work hybrid. The posting lists a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of Belgian food-sector L&D regulations, digital learning and project management experience, and strong communication and planning skills.
